Return, Exchange & Refund Policy


1. Domestic Orders (Within the UAE)

Returns: Accepted within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and tags (if applicable).
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To return a product, mail it to:

2. International Orders

Returns: Not accepted for international shipments.
If a return is requested, shipping charges must be paid in advance by the customer.
Items must meet the same conditions as domestic orders (original condition, unused, and with packaging).


3. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us at bc@telaltex.com and send the item to:

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable for eligible returns or defective/damaged items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


5. Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:
You will receive a gift credit for the return value.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver first:
The refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.


6. Shipping Notes

For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
All returned items are subject to inspection. Damaged, used, or incomplete returns will not be accepted.
